Billing Questions |
Q: How often is
payment for my web
hosting account due?
A: Payment is due
monthly, and you will
receive an itemized
invoice before it is
due. |
Q: How often is a
renewal necessary for my
domain name?
A: Regularly, domain
names need to be renewed
every year by the date
in which they were
registered initially.
You may register a
domain up to 10 years
and not worry about
renewals. |
|
Q: Do I have to be a
PayPal member to
subscribe to your
services?
A: Absolutely not. All
you need is an active
email address and one of
the many payment methods
we accept such as Master
Card, Visa, Discover,
American Express,
E-Checks, and more. |
Q: What procedures
occur if I am late with
a payment?
A: We will make a
variety of attempts to
contact you ahead of
time to prevent any
issues, however your
account may be suspended
after two days if
payment is not received.
Once payment is
received, your account
will be unsuspended
immediately. |
Q: When and how are
invoices generated?
A: Invoices are
automatically generated
for recurring monthly
cycles. You will receive
an invoice either by
email or your client
area, approximately ten
(10) days before it is
due. |
Q: I just paid my
invoices, why did I just
get another one?
A: Invoices are
generated approximately
ten (10) days before
they are due. Payment is
not required until the
due date stated on the
invoice. We do this to
help keep you aware of
when upcoming payments
are going to be due. |
Q: How can I set my
invoices to
automatically pay
themselves each month?
A: Invoices which are a
normal recurring price
(no late fees, add-ons,
etc.) can be set up to
automatically process
your charge through
PayPal. To do this,
click the orange
"Subscribe" button
(instead of "Checkout")
in the top-right corner
of an invoice. |
Q: Why is my account suspended?
A: This is usually due
to billing conflicts,
but may be due to a
violation of the terms
of use. First, make sure
you don't have any
outstanding invoices. If
not, please contact
our billing department
for more details. Don't worry
though, your account
will be restored to its
original condition once
the issue has resolved. |

Q: I uploaded my
website, but it doesn't
show up when I go to
view my site.

to be uploaded to the "public_html"
directory, or they won't be visible
by the public eye. |
|

Accounts?
A: Using an ftp client
such as Microsoft
