Q: How often is payment for web hosting and reseller accounts due?
A: Payment is due monthly, by the date you registered your account.
Q: How often is payment due for a domain name?
A: Payment is due yearly for a domain name, before the expiration date.
Q: What happens if I am late with a payment?
A: Your Account will be suspended for 5 days, until payments are received. We
will make every attempt to contact you by email, phone, or mail with
in 14 days. If payment still is not received, your account may be
terminated.
Q: My account has been suspended?!
A: This is usually due to billing conflicts, but may be due to a violation of
the terms of use. Please contact our billing department for details.
Q: Do I have to be a PayPal member to signup?
A: Nope. PayPal will allow you to access your credit cards, etc. with out an
account, upon ordering our plans.

Q: I uploaded my files, but they don't show up when I
view my site.
A: All public files MUST be uploaded to the
public_html directory of your website.
Q: How do I use FTP Accounts?
A: Using an ftp
client, your login details will be: "ftp.yoursite.com"
"username@yoursite.com".
and "your password". We recommend connecting to "ftp.yoursite.com/public_html"
for easy publishing.
Q: Am I able to
upload adult content on my web site?
A: Pornographic
content is not permitted on our servers.
Q: I don't know HTML or have a web site editor to
substitute. Are there any free designers you recommend for me?
A: From our experience, we recommend using
Free Site Designer,

account.
